Sales Representative - Japanese Car Export

About the role

LogiNet, a Japanese and Korean used-car export and logistics company, is expanding its sales team in Japan and is looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to sell used vehicles to international clients. The role covers the whole sales cycle, from first inquiry to closing, and suits people who enjoy the automotive industry and a fast-paced international trade environment. Full-time employees and freelancers are recruited.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities in international markets
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions from the vehicle inventory
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals
• Collaborate with logistics and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors and new products
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required profile

• Business-level English and conversational Japanese
• Currently residing in Japan; visa sponsorship available
• 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or export
• Strong knowledge and passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Fluent written and spoken English, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team

What we offer

• Pay from 270,000 to 600,000 yen (base salary plus commissions)
• Incentive from 0 to 1,600,000 yen depending on performance
• Transportation expenses, pensions, health insurance and labour insurance included
• 10 paid days plus national holidays after 6 months
• 3-month probation, extensible to 6 months by law
• Work hours Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, alternating schedules
