Senior Sales Representative Dermatology (Field) - Okayama/Hiroshima

About the role

Regeneron, a biopharmaceutical company developing medicines for serious diseases, is looking for a Senior Sales Representative for Dermatology in the Japan region. The role is field-based, based in Okayama or Hiroshima, and involves achieving dermatology sales objectives and delivering customer value while working with sales leadership, marketing teams and alliance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve dermatology sales objectives through territory budget management.
• Develop and update annual territory business plans using market insights, and build territory action plans from key data sources.
• Deliver disease-focused customer engagement and value-based solutions.
• Complete expense, call, marketing and field insight reporting.
• Partner with alliance teams to achieve shared business objectives.
• Follow regulatory, legal and company compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience.
• Valid driver's licence and MR certification.
• Alliance partnership experience.
• Dermatology knowledge and biologics sales experience preferred; current clinical knowledge of relevant therapy areas and competitor brands preferred; established KOL relationships in dermatology preferred.
• English fluency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and to work evenings or weekends when required.
