Senior Recruiter – Tech RPO Project

About the role

Remote People is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead a high‑impact RPO project focused on hiring technology talent in Japan. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists, and related roles.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and company culture.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
• Provide a consultative, high‑touch experience for candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, primarily with tech profiles.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Experience with RPO projects or external client recruitment is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities at all organizational levels.
