Senior Solution Architect - Security Specialist

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is hiring a Security Specialist Solutions Architect in Tokyo. You will combine deep expertise in SIEM solutions, security technologies and consultative selling to help customers secure their data and infrastructure, solve complex challenges, improve incident response and build modern, scalable security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement next-generation security solutions using Elastic's AI advancements to improve incident response
• Help organizations meet their use cases and improve operational efficiency with the Elastic Security solution
• Deliver proof-of-value projects showcasing Elastic Security's detection, AI and incident response capabilities
• Promote Elastic's vision through presentations, blog posts and other channels, positioning the company as a leader in SIEM and analytics
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Solutions Architecture team and across departments
• Keep up with evolving SIEM, analytics and related technologies

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience architecting enterprise-level SIEM solutions
• Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments
• Background including forensic analysis, troubleshooting and threat mitigation
• Proven success in consultative selling, RFI/RFP responses and customer presentations
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time

Required skills

• Deep understanding of AI's impact on SIEM and analytics solutions
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, processes and operational challenges
• Knowledge of a wide range of security solutions and the data they produce
• Experience with behavioral analytics and machine learning techniques
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH or GIAC are a plus
