Strategic Client Account Executive, APAC

About the role

CircleCI is seeking an experienced Strategic Client Account Executive to lead and grow relationships with its most valuable enterprise customers across the APAC region (excluding Japan). You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, ensuring clients derive maximum value from CircleCI’s CI/CD platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑year strategic account plans for top‑tier clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
• Build and expand executive‑level relationships, acting as a senior trusted advisor and thought partner.
• Identify, pursue, and close complex upsell opportunities to drive significant revenue growth.
• Advocate for clients internally, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide strategic feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights and market intelligence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience selling technical products to large enterprises, with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, resilient and inquisitive.
• Experience selling to engineering leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering, DevOps leaders).
• Fluent English; Japanese not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior business experience in APAC is a plus.
