Winter Ski Camp Support Staff (Seasonal)

About the role

English Adventure is looking for enthusiastic Support Staff to help run its Winter Ski Camp 2026 in Tsunan, Niigata. You will work on‑site alongside Ski Leaders, assisting with daily camp operations, safety, and camper wellbeing throughout the winter sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain camp activities, including snow clearing, sledding, and campfires.
• Assist Ski Leaders on the slopes, helping younger campers with skiing techniques and safety.
• Provide care for campers who are ill or need extra support.
• Cover staff breaks and fill in for other roles as needed, including occasional Ski Leader duties.
• Collaborate with camp managers to ensure schedules run smoothly.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older with a high level of skiing ability.
• Available for all training days and camp sessions.
• Experience working with children, youth, or in educational settings.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay flexible, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment.
• Conversational Japanese language skills.

Required skills

• Proficient skiing skills.
• Basic Japanese communication ability.
