職務概要
自動車保険における保険金請求の査定・交渉・支払業務を担当いただくポジションです。Zurich Insuranceの大阪オフィスで、事故や損害の状況確認から保険金支払いまでを行います。
主な業務内容
- 事故及び損害状況の確認・調査
- 損害額の積算・認定
- 関係者との交渉
- 保険金額の確定・支払い

- 査定業務の実務経験がある方
- 対人折衝力（交渉能力）
- コミュニケーション能力
- 論理的思考能力
- 事務処理能力（適切性、迅速性）
- 文書作成能力

- 勤務時間は平日9時～17時
