职位概况
我们在东京新宿招聘首位SRE，负责从零构建技术基盘与产品可靠性，参与跨日越越南的大规模系统架构优化。
主要职责
- 制定SLI/SLO并设计监控体系
- 使用IaC（Terraform/OpenTofu）和Kubernetes刷新基础设施
- 排除手工操作，完善CI/CD流水线并开发运维工具
- 快速检测故障、构建恢复流程并进行根因分析
- 提升跨国系统的可观测性和架构可靠性
任职要求
- 具备Web服务开发与运维经验
- 熟悉IaC及容器化环境的运维
- 有公有云（GCP/AWS）构建与运维经验
必备技能
- Go、Python、Ruby（含Rails）
- TypeScript、React、Next.js、Flutter
- Google Cloud、AWS、Kubernetes
- Terraform、OpenTofu
- PostgreSQL、MySQL
