职位概况
博世集团在横滨招聘2轮动力系统工程师兼技术项目经理，负责与日本二轮车OEM合作，推动动力总成及车辆控制系统的研发与量产。
主要职责
- 作为日本二轮车客户与博世全球研发团队的技术桥梁，进行需求分析、系统设计、验证及量产支持。
- 管理客户需求，转化为软件、硬件及标定开发任务。
- 制定项目计划，设定里程碑，估算开发工时和预算。
- 推动全球团队协作，确保交付质量和进度。
- 协调技术问题，主导问题解决。
- 进行车辆评估试验和数据分析，验证系统性能。
任职要求
- 具备汽车动力系统或车辆控制系统研发经验。
- 熟悉需求管理、项目计划制定及预算评估。
- 能够在跨国团队中进行技术沟通与协作。
- 具备问题分析与解决能力。
