职位概况
负责日本客户的ADAS全球项目技术执行与整体治理，确保质量、成本、交付（QCD）目标达成，作为博世全球团队的主要联络窗口。
主要职责
- 主导日本地区ADAS项目的技术实施、进度监控与风险管控。
- 组织Steering Committee、Management Review等关键会议，确保KPI透明。
- 负责系统、软件及整车集成的端到端交付。
- 与日本OEM及全球技术经理保持技术对接，协调需求、里程碑与范围。
- 推动现场（On‑site）活动，支持全球现场工作，处理紧急情况。
- 协助预算制定、资源配置及获取所需技术能力。
任职要求
- 深刻理解ADAS/自动驾驶系统及其技术架构。
- 丰富的项目管理与项目交付经验。
- 具备项目治理、风险与预算管理能力。
- 日语流利（必备），能够在跨文化环境中沟通协作。
- 出色的领导力与决策、升级处理能力。
- 熟悉日本OEM的期望与工作方式。
