Business Development Manager – Japan (Part‑time)

About the role

At TechBiz Global we provide recruitment services to top clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of our client’s teams in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Source and close mid‑market and enterprise app & game publishers, build relationships with founders, monetization heads and growth teams, and own the pipeline from prospecting to signed agreements.
• Grow revenue from existing publishers by identifying monetization gaps, upselling AppBroda products, and coordinating with TAM and Ad Ops teams.
• Develop strategic partnerships with platforms such as Google, AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, SSPs, DSPs and mediation platforms to create revenue or distribution advantages.
• Track market intelligence on programmatic advertising, mobile gaming, ad monetization, AI‑driven optimization and privacy changes, and bring new business opportunities to leadership.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in adtech/mobile gaming business development.
• Existing network among publishers.
• Comfortable selling six‑figure and seven‑figure annual deals.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to work independently with minimal structure.
• Ability to identify opportunities before competitors.
