Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global business and IT consultancy focused on the Life Sciences industry, is looking for an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist. The role drives change management, user training and adoption in a complex SAP transformation, preparing business users for new systems, processes and ways of working. It is based in Tokyo, Japan, with the possibility of travelling to Yamagata on client request, and involves leading the workstream at the client's side.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run change management and training strategies for SAP implementation, transformation and rollout.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and site readiness evaluations.
• Design and deliver training: instructor-led sessions, virtual training, workshops and digital learning materials.
• Create user guides, training documentation, communication materials and knowledge transfer resources.
• Coordinate site adoption so local teams are ready for deployment and process changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, change champions, super users and business representatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness, user engagement and adoption metrics, and support go-live, hypercare and post-implementation adoption.
• Address resistance to change and implement continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in OCM, training or business adoption in large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating site readiness and adoption across multiple locations.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness and adoption KPIs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
• Familiarity with SAP implementations or digital transformation programs.
