Commercial Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Operations Senior Specialist provides administrative and operational support for CRM and e‑commerce systems, ensuring smooth sales processes across APAC and global teams. The role focuses on continuous improvement of operational workflows, data quality, and analytical reporting to drive commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CRM (SFDC) and local e‑commerce systems, including master data (customer, product, price, sales assign).
• Implement organizational changes such as new users, authorizations, and approval processes.
• Provide user training and respond to inquiries from sales, customers, and patients.
• Develop and deliver sales reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for senior leadership.
• Coordinate system enhancements, resolve technical issues with IT, and improve data integration from Oracle, Tableau, Cognos, and third‑party sources.
• Lead business‑intelligence requirement gathering and support BI/reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on KPI development, margin analysis, and pricing insights.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, including CRM upgrades and new product launches.
• Conduct deep‑dive performance analysis and contribute to sales force effectiveness initiatives.
• Occasional domestic and overseas travel (~5%).
