About the role

Set the standard for great marketing and PR in a hyper‑growth, founder‑led company, raising awareness of Sierra across Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for local marketing, press, public speaking and social media.
• Work cross‑functionally to raise awareness of Sierra and support the global Marcomms team.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Japan and the Japanese tech/business environment.
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and comfortable taking risks.
• Problem solver who rolls up sleeves and delivers high‑quality results.
• Fast, calm under pressure, and strong execution.
• Creative, excellent communicator, great team player.

Required skills

• Understanding of marketing, press and social media.
• Strong written and spoken English and Japanese.
