Senior Specialist Marketing Services – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Marketing Services to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. In this role you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients, leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams across diverse industries.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns for large clients.
• Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted partner.
• Plan, organize, and structure work for junior consultants to generate insights and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to build intellectual capital and solutions.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with experience in marketing and campaign projects.
• Proven experience managing tasks or workstreams in collaborative team environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
• Eligibility to work in Japan and willingness to travel to client sites regularly.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
