About the role

Infosys is seeking a Consultant to join its Tokyo delivery team. The role focuses on supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys, leveraging Infosys’ AI‑powered platforms and agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and design technology‑enabled solutions.
• Participate in the delivery of digital, cloud, and AI projects across various industries.
• Contribute to solution architecture, implementation, and testing activities.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability building for client teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
