Management Strategy & Transformation Intern – Leadership Team Office

About the role

This internship offers a unique chance to work directly with the leadership team of Bosch Rexroth Japan. You will contribute to shaping the company’s future strategy and the management system that turns strategic ideas into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of the country strategy, including purpose, vision, objectives, initiatives, KPIs and execution plans.
• Translate management discussions into clear concepts, presentations, decision papers and actionable plans.
• Prepare and facilitate leadership workshops and strategic meetings, handling agendas, materials, documentation and action tracking.
• Assist in deploying the strategy across the organization through workshops, alignment activities and follow‑up.
• Help develop management routines, meeting structures, review cycles and long‑term leadership agendas.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions and management discussions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional strategic initiatives and maintain transparency on priorities, responsibilities, deadlines and progress.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate proficiency in English (required).
• Upper‑Intermediate proficiency in Japanese (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with unstructured management topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
