职位概况
博世集团在全球汽车领域提供高端技术与服务，现招聘销售质量与保修部门的质量工程师，负责客户质量数据分析、质量改进及保修费用管理。
主要职责
- 分析客户质量绩效数据，编制内部质量报告。
- 推动质量改进计划，支持新产品的安全投产。
- 与客户谈判保修费用返还及召回事宜。
- 协助全球质量团队，组织客户审计与会议。
任职要求
- 具备质量保证相关工作经验，如质量审计、改进活动。
- 能够主动学习并使用各类IT工具和系统。
- 具备英语和日语沟通能力，能够与内部及客户顺畅交流。
必备技能
- 质量数据分析与报告编制能力。
- 质量改进项目的策划与执行经验。
- 客户谈判与沟通技巧。
