负责日本OEM客户的大规模电动出行电力电子项目，全面把控质量、成本、进度、预算及客户满意度。
主要职责
- 领导跨日本、德国、奥地利、印度、匈牙利的全球跨职能团队，推动技术对齐并解决复杂工程难题。
- 管理项目风险，提前发现并采取对策，确保项目顺利推进。
- 与客户保持密切沟通，推动创新和业务增长，实现市场领先的电动化解决方案。
任职要求
- 5年以上汽车行业工作经验，具备复杂产品及客户项目的技术项目管理经验。
- 具备商务水平的日语和英语沟通能力，能够在多文化的全球环境中工作。
- 优秀的沟通、谈判、分析和问题解决能力，能够协调多方利益相关者。
