Account Executive – Enterprise (Japan)

About the role

Behavox is seeking an Account Executive to own new‑business acquisition across Japan’s enterprise market, including telcos, trading houses, conglomerates, insurance groups, and financial institutions. The role focuses on conduct surveillance and insider risk solutions, engaging C‑level and compliance audiences in Japanese.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and qualify net‑new opportunities through warm introductions and cold outreach.
• Manage multi‑threaded deals, maintaining relationships with champions, economic buyers, IT, compliance, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
• Conduct structured discovery calls, map regulatory risk to Behavox capabilities, and quantify business value.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, supporting regional forecasts.
• Prepare and participate in executive alignment meetings, briefing leadership and following up on action items.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of conduct surveillance and insider risk product capabilities and relevant Japanese regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of Japan’s 250+ enterprise addressable market beyond financial services.
• Familiarity with Japanese enterprise sales motions, including ringi and nemawashi decision processes.
• Awareness of incumbent surveillance vendors and competitive positioning in Japan.
• Experience engaging strategic channel partners and leveraging co‑sell motions.
• Ability to orchestrate peer references to accelerate purchase decisions.
