Agency Partner – Business Development Lead

About the role

Sensor Tower is looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Agency Partner leader to expand its agency network in Japan and identify new brand partnership opportunities. The role is hybrid, with three days in the Tokyo office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency clients in Japan, identifying growth opportunities for their brands.
• Conduct C‑level discussions to strategise agency use of Sensor Tower’s platform.
• Create, manage and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Provide competitive insights and market trends to clients.
• Monitor industry trends and translate them into actionable business impact.
• Communicate product development updates between product teams and customers, managing expectations on features and releases.
• Identify renewal, upsell and product penetration opportunities within the managed base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 6+ years experience in partnership management, business development or sales, preferably in technology, SaaS or agency environments.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile app industry trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
• Full fluency in Japanese and English.
