Client Executive / Corporate Sales - Foreign Multinationals (Tokyo)

About the role

Marsh Risk, part of Marsh Multinational (Insurance Broking & Risk Management), is recruiting a Client Executive / Corporate Sales specialist in Tokyo to support foreign multinational clients. The role sits in the Multinational Client Service Team and is hybrid, with at least three days per week spent in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run advisory programmes for foreign multinationals, covering property insurance, public liability, marine cargo, directors' liability and cyber insurance
• Design and propose insurance terms suited to each client's risk profile
• Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients
• Communicate with Marsh's overseas offices and clients' overseas headquarters to run the insurance programmes

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
• Business-level English
• Experience as a corporate salesperson or as an underwriter in corporate insurance is welcome
• Enjoys communicating both within and outside the company, across domestic and overseas settings
• Able to think independently and take initiative
