About the role

As Talent Acquisition Director for IQVIA Japan, you will lead and manage hiring for both Commercial Solutions and Research & Development Solutions (R&DS), with a strategic focus on stakeholder relationships. The role drives recruitment strategies aligned with IQVIA's mission to accelerate innovation for a healthier world, using your expertise in commercial solutions to recruit top professionals for global healthcare initiatives. Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for Commercial Solutions and Clinical Delivery operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to optimise recruitment and align it with business objectives.
• Lead a team of recruitment professionals, giving guidance and mentorship.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate recruitment solutions and drive operational success.
• Use your commercial solutions background to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
• Ensure compliance with regional and global recruitment standards and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on commercial solutions.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated poise in stakeholder interactions and presentations.

Required skills

• Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess recruitment challenges and implement solutions.
