Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Agoda, you will grow the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network by remotely managing a portfolio of hotel partners in Japan. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term strategic partnerships to support partner growth and drive mutual success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and build new supplier relationships focusing on the B2B and wholesale market.
• Introduce and explain the strategic benefits of Agoda’s new B2B solution product.
• Grow bookings, revenues and gross profit of assigned hotel partners through relationship building and strategic partnership development.
• Use data to develop business solutions, maximize accommodation availability and improve competitiveness.
• Evaluate existing partnerships, create strategic account plans, negotiate contracts and onboard new hotels.
• Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues to help hotels maximize booking performance.
• Prepare pitch presentations and manage regular supplier and internal reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, partnership management, or supply/e‑commerce roles.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence external partners and internal teams.
• Ability to derive insights from data and communicate findings clearly.
• Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and strong prioritization skills.
• Curiosity to learn, adaptability to change and comfort in a feedback‑rich culture.
