Event Producer – Live Entertainment & Data-Driven Events

About the role

FeverUp is seeking an experienced, passionate Event Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will use data and insights to design and deliver unique live‑event experiences that delight audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production of Candlelight concerts, from pre‑production logistics and vendor selection to on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring all teams stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and on‑site crews to align execution, optimize costs, and handle permits, insurance, and legal contracts.
• Oversee third‑party quotes, invoices, P&L updates, and maintain strong vendor and venue relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing.
• Native Japanese speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong network of vendors and venues, and an innovative mindset for new production formats and technologies.
