职位概况
负责宇宙飞船姿态、轨道与控制系统（AOCS/GNC）的研发、设计与验证，支持任务概念、故障分析及在轨操作等系统层面工作。
主要职责
- 开发并验证航法、导航与控制（GNC）算法及控制律，支持 rendezvous 与 docking 任务。
- 制定并执行系统级测试、FMECA 与 FDIR 流程。
- 设计 GNC 硬件/软件架构，协助采购工程师进行设备选型。
任职要求
- 3 年以上 AOCS 或 GNC 系统设计、实现、测试经验。
- 具备航天或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 熟练使用 MATLAB 等 GNC 仿真软件，能将算法转化为飞行软件。
- 商务英语流利，具备日语业务沟通能力。
