About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute data‑driven marketing engagements that help clients across banking, retail and other industries accelerate digital payments adoption. The role sits at the intersection of consulting and marketing, turning customer insights into actionable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead personalized growth‑marketing strategies tailored to client demographics and behavior.
• Manage multi‑channel media initiatives, including email, sponsored content and digital advertising, to maximize visibility and lead generation.
• Drive CRM segmentation and analytics, creating data‑rich campaigns that increase spend and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with consulting specialists to integrate strategic insights into marketing execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results and continuously optimise tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing growth‑marketing programs for B2B or B2C clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, transformation‑focused environments.
