Head of Ecosystem

About the role

The Head of Ecosystem will lead Celonis’ partnership network in Japan, building high‑trust relationships with top domestic system integrators and shaping joint go‑to‑market strategies to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic Go‑to‑Market plan for Japanese SIs such as NEC, Fujitsu and ABeam.
• Build alliance plans with core technology partners (Microsoft, Databricks, Oracle) and embed Celonis into partner methodologies.
• Source and manage joint projects, ensuring successful delivery of Celonis‑powered consulting engagements.
• Develop pipeline with regional sales leadership, activate partners in priority accounts and drive C‑level pitches.
• Govern regional partnership activities through steering committees, pipeline reviews and project forecasts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in alliances, partner management or strategy consulting, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Established network within the Japanese SI ecosystem and proven record of commercial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Japanese system integrators’ business models, incentives and sales cycles.
• Ability to engage senior partner executives and C‑level client leaders.
• Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English proficiency.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivation and willingness to travel within Japan and occasionally globally.
