About the role
The Lead Specialist, CRM will drive the development, implementation and reporting of Salesforce CRM across Japan Commercial, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting the sales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver tailored dashboards and reports to monitor performance data.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to implement Salesforce functionalities that meet business needs.
- Leverage CRM and AI technologies to reinforce digital marketing and sales force initiatives.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership on sales strategy and territory design based on market data.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance and ethics policies.
Required profile
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High level of computer literacy and strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Experience in data management and delivering CRM‑generated data.
