Manager, Field Business Partner (Compliance & Integrity)

About the role

This Band Level 4 role strengthens compliance and integrity support across the field organization, especially within the Sales organization, working closely with HQ ERC Business Partners and Assurance team members. It guides and supports Sales Directors, District Managers, MRs and MSLs through sales and district meetings, face-to-face training and awareness activities, and acts as a bridge between the field and headquarters by identifying emerging risks and field insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compliance and integrity guidance to Sales Directors, District Managers and field associates, and take part in sales, district and other key business meetings to support risk-informed decisions.
• Design and deliver face-to-face training and awareness initiatives, and drive the adoption of global policies, internal requirements, industry codes and Fair Competition Code standards across field teams.
• Proactively identify and monitor field risks, business challenges and compliance concerns, and work with HQ ERC Business Partners, Assurance and other stakeholders on escalation, risk mitigation and resolution.
• Gather feedback and operational insights from the field and feed them back to HQ ERC, and help improve compliance programs, training and business processes.
