Medical Science Liaison (Senior) – Japan

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking experienced field‑based scientific professionals to join its Medical Affairs team in Japan. The role focuses on building scientific awareness of the company’s Immunology & Inflammation pipeline, supporting investigator‑initiated research, and fostering peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to medical strategy by gathering field insights from healthcare professionals (HCPs), key medical experts (KMEs), and investigators.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with organizational priorities and data milestones.
• Establish and maintain relationships with KME and HCP stakeholders within the Immunology & Inflammation therapeutic area.
• Support investigator‑initiated research projects and facilitate scientific discussions.
• Provide field feedback to internal teams to refine messaging and strategy.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related scientific roles, preferably within immunology or inflammation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field‑based environment with extensive travel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging senior KOLs.
