About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to support a wide range of business, organizational, and coordination activities. In this role, you will work with various internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, management, customers, and partners. You will play an important role in facilitating communication, supporting business operations, and helping teams and projects move forward.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Product Roadmap – create and execute strategies for the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and global business directions.
- Competence & Organization Development – drive organizational development and lead competence‑build‑up initiatives for upcoming projects to continuously strengthen team capabilities and readiness.
- Escalation Management – handle and resolve critical issues and escalations effectively, both internally within the global network and externally with customers and partners.
- Meeting Preparation & Operational Support – support the preparation and operation of regular departmental, management, and external meetings and workshops, including agenda creation, material preparation, minute taking, and follow‑up on action items.
- Communication & Coordination Support – facilitate information sharing and coordination between relevant internal and external departments, acting as a bridge especially between Japan and Germany while respecting cultural differences.
- Presentation Material Assistance – assist the regional Head of ADAS Japan in creating presentation materials for proposals and business progress reports, including graphs, charts, data collection, and format adjustments.
- Visitor Coordination & Support – provide support during visits from Bosch Group management and JOEMs, preparing materials, arranging venues, and attending to guests.
Required profile
- Highly motivated to contribute to the future of the Japanese automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong motivation and eagerness to learn automotive‑related engineering and technical topics.
- Interest in the automotive industry with basic knowledge of Japanese OEMs.
- High level of hospitality and a proactive mindset to support the team and organization.
- Excellent coordination and task‑management skills, able to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to ask questions and gather information independently.
- Detail‑oriented, executing tasks carefully and accurately.
- Business‑level English and Japanese communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong experience creating presentation materials with PowerPoint is highly preferred.
