职位概况
在羽田机场第3航站楼MTG柜台，负责航空公司与机场的协调、销售及现场运营管理，统筹团队，确保业务顺畅。
主要职责
- 负责机场MTG柜台的日常运营管理与统筹。
- 组织并主持合同航空公司机组会议。
- 与机场方进行业务协调，处理突发事件。
- 管理现场工作人员，提升服务质量。
任职要求
- 日语N2以上水平。
- 5年以上旅行社实务经验，具备销售经验。
- 韩语TOPIK5级或英语商务会话水平以上。
- 熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件。
- 具备团队管理、留学或相关资格者优先。
