职位概况
在稲波脊椎・関節病院病棟担任护理助理，负责病区日常支持工作，提供安全、舒适的护理环境。
主要职责
- 整理、管理护理用品及设备。
- 协助患者搬运、转移。
- 配膳、餐后清理。
- 保持病区环境整洁。
任职要求
- 具备护理助理或相关工作经验者优先。
- 能够适应早班、常规班、晚班轮班制。
- 具备良好的沟通与团队合作能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉护理用品及基本护理操作。
我们提供
- 月薪203,000日元（年薪3,050,000日元），含奖金年两次。
- 通勤补贴（上限100,000日元/月）。
- 带薪年假、年末年始、夏季假、生日假等。
- 医疗费用减免、培训费用补助、工作餐补贴等福利。
