Job description
职位概况
负责公司食品（即食面、冷冻食品、加工食品等）的研发、质量控制及各类分析工作，提供技术支持并推动新产品研发。
主要职责
- 开展食品研发及基础研究，制定配方与工艺。
- 执行原料、半成品及成品的理化和微生物分析。
- 撰写实验报告，提供质量改进建议。
- 配合生产线进行工艺验证与技术转移。
任职要求
- 高中以上学历，具备食品或原材料公司研发经验。
- 熟悉一般分析、理化学分析或微生物分析任一方向。
- 具备5年以上相关工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 食品研发技术
- 理化学分析方法
- 微生物检测技术
- 实验室仪器操作与维护
