职位概况
本院招聘技术研修医，专注于脊椎内镜下手术的技术学习与实践，提供为期6个月以上的系统培训，完成至少50例手术经验。
主要职责
- 学习并熟练掌握脊椎内镜下手术技术。
- 参与整形外科门诊及病房的日常诊疗工作。
- 配合夜间当直（每月约2次），并参与科研项目。
任职要求
- 持有医师执照，具备基础外科知识。
- 有志于在脊椎内镜手术领域深耕。
- 能够适应轮班及当直工作。
必备技能
- 脊椎内镜下手术操作能力。
我们提供
- 年薪1000万至1400万日元（含当直补贴），根据经验可调整。
- 周工作4.5至5天，提供年末年始、夏季、带薪年假等假期。
- 科研时间每周1天，学会费用基金补助。
