职位概况
稲波脊椎・関節病院招聘病棟护理助理，负责病房内的设备整理、患者搬运、配膳及环境整备等工作，提供稳定的全职岗位。
主要职责
- 整理并维护护理设备和用品。
- 协助患者在病房内外的安全搬运。
- 负责病房餐饮配膳及餐后清理。
- 保持病房环境整洁、卫生。
任职要求
- 具备护理助理或相关工作经验者优先。
- 能够适应早班、常规班、晚班轮班制。
- 具备良好的体力和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟悉医院设备的使用与保养。
- 能够安全搬运患者。
- 具备基本的餐饮配膳与清洁技能。
我们提供
- 月薪203,000日元（年薪约3,050,000日元），含奖金（年两次）和年度调薪。
- 通勤补贴最高100,000日元/月实报实销。
- 医疗费用减免、培训费用补助、工作餐补贴等福利。
- 每周双休，年假、年末年始、夏季、生日等多种带薪假期。
