职位概况
岩井整形外科医院现招聘医生事务助理，负责协助医生进行日常事务工作，工作地点为门诊部，工作时间为周一至周五8:45-17:15，周六8:45-12:30。
主要职责
- 协助医生完成文书、资料整理及预约管理等事务工作。
- 负责门诊部的患者接待及信息录入。
- 处理医师指示的其他行政事务。
任职要求
- 未经验者亦可，应届毕业生或有意向从事医疗事务工作者。
- 具备基本的电脑操作能力，能够熟练使用办公软件。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 基本的文书处理能力。
- 熟悉医院信息系统或相关办公软件。
我们提供
- 月薪196,000日元（约合人民币），年终奖及加班补贴。
- 每年约2,950,000日元的年收入。
- 通勤补贴上限10万元/月（实际报销）。
- 周休二日、年假、生日假等多种假期。
