职位概况

面向2026年度毕业生，提供技术系、质量管理、设备、制造、营业及管理等多岗位的正社員招聘，设有6个月试用期，学历不限，理工科或文理均可申请。

主要职责

根据岗位分配，参与产品研发、质量控制、设备维护、生产制造或销售管理等工作。
遵守公司规章制度，完成上级交付的任务。

任职要求

2026年毕业或应届毕业生。
对应专业不限，技术系需理系背景，其他岗位文理均可。
具备团队合作精神，能够适应现场工作。

必备技能

无特定技术技能要求，依据岗位进行在职培训。

我们提供

起薪依据学历：硕士约29万日元、大学约27.9万、专科约25.2万、短大约23.7万、高中约22.7万。
