职位概况
负责面向日本国内企业的展会参展招商工作，听取客户需求，制定并提供最适合的参展方案，推动展会规模和价值提升。
主要职责
- 开展国内企业展会参展的招商活动，进行企业需求访谈。
- 设计展会参展方案并进行价值诉求，促成合作。
- 与政府部门、行业协会、媒体等建立并强化合作关系。
- 制定提升现有展会规模和附加值的策略。
- 依据行业趋势策划并启动新展会项目。
任职要求
- 5年以上企业销售经验，具备客户需求访谈和方案设计经验。
- 有新客户开发及从零建立关系直至成交的实绩。
- 本科以上学历。
必备技能
- 企业销售及商务谈判能力。
- 项目策划与执行能力。
- 与政府、行业组织及媒体的沟通协调能力。
