职位概况
野村證券面向全国多地区招聘企业融资部门的正社員，提供投資銀行相關服務，年薪在500萬至1400萬日元之間。
主要职责
- 根據產業趨勢與客戶需求提供投資銀行方案，製作與執行提案資料。
- 進行市場、行業及個別企業的分析與資訊發佈。
- 與產品部門及海外據點協同合作。
- 支援初級銀行家完成覆蓋工作。
任职要求
- 四年制大學以上學歷（畢業生）。
- 具備基本的PC操作能力，能熟練使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint製作資料。
- 具備客戶業務經驗與良好溝通能力。
- 重視團隊合作，能與內外部關係人協同工作。
- 持有證券外務員一種資格，未取得者需在入職後取得。
