职位概况
负责在Cybersecurity团队中依据安全规程开展日常安全运维，重点支持防卫相关项目的安全需求与审计。
主要职责
- 依据安全规程执行日常运维并记录证据。
- 进行安全事件的初始检测、切分、升级及报告。
- 收集、整理审计所需证据，弥补规程与实际的差距。
- 开展安全培训与演练，更新教育资料。
- 支持风险评估并落实相应对策。
- 持续执行PDCA循环，完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 3-5年信息安全实务经验，具备资产管理、风险评估、法规合规、事件响应等基础知识。
- 能够撰写规程、手册、报告等文档。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，具备跨部门合作经验。
必备技能
- 信息资产管理
- 风险评估
- 安全事件响应
- 安全审计与证据管理
- SOC/CSIRT运维经验
- 熟悉NIST、ISMAP等安全框架
- OT安全知识
- 阅读技术英文文档的能力
