职位概况
负责油压设备售后服务业务的市场拓展与项目管理，制定并执行销售策略，推动新客户开发。
主要职责
- 分析终端用户市场，进行竞争份额调研。
- 基于客户需求提供方案，开展新客户销售活动。
- 与德国总部协作，执行全球销售策略。
- 利用项目管理经验带领团队推进销售。
- 定期出差，现场维护客户关系。
- 制定里程碑计划，撰写并提交德国总部报告。
- 负责价格管理、报价制作及与客户谈判。
任职要求
- 具备管理岗位负责业务的经验（规模不限）。
- 拥有硬核销售经验及新客户拓展业绩。
- 有新业务拓展项目运作经验。
- 商务英语水平，TOEIC 700 以上，具备实际使用经验。
- 能够制作演示材料并进行数据分析。
- 具备公正、平等的价值观和行为准则。
