Product Engineer, Emergency Care Marketing

About the role

The Transport Product Engineer supports day‑to‑day product enquiries and technical aspects for Stryker's EMS Transport portfolio in Japan. Working closely with sales and product management, the role ensures superior customer support and drives market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on spare parts, inventory, and service agreements.
• Act as the first technical contact for pre‑sales and post‑sales support, including product installation, vehicle fit‑outs, and custom modifications.
• Maintain communication with global stakeholders for product inquiries, field actions, and recalls.
• Gather client feedback, update marketing materials, and monitor competitor activity.
• Support commercial engagement, tenders, proposals, and clinical trials across Japan.

Required profile

• Proven technical experience with a strong link to sales functions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent networking and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem‑solving initiative and project‑workflow organization.

Required skills

• Technical product support for EMS transport equipment.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Fluent English communication.
