Reservations Assistant – Seasonal & Year‑Round

About the role

The Reservations Assistant supports customers and agents with booking inquiries, amendments, and administration, ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry to confirmation. The role works closely with the Sales & Reservations Executive, Partnership Coordinator, and Accounts & Invoices Operator. Two positions are available: a seasonal contract (October – April) and a year‑round contract starting in October.

Key responsibilities

• Field and coordinate general inquiries from customers and agents.
• Advise customers on Rhythm’s products and services to meet their needs.
• Manage all reservation‑related administration.
• Support the accounting and invoicing process for bookings.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and professional communication throughout the booking process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving attitude and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent Japanese and conversational English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Niseko, Hakuba, and Furano resort areas is a plus.

• Computer proficiency.
