Sales Development Representative

About the role

Cato Networks is looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives to join its fast‑growing team in Tokyo. You will help drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for the company’s converged network and security cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers within the assigned geographic territory using sales and lead‑generation tools.
• Develop corporate prospects through direct telephone outreach and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to identify, qualify, and schedule presentations for potential customers.
• Review leads weekly, maintain records, and generate activity reports.
• Stay informed on new products and services through training and self‑study.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline with strong time‑management skills.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets set by sales management.

Required profile

• Dynamic, high‑energy sales professional with 3+ years of SDR experience, preferably in networking or security.
• Proven track record of exceeding quarterly quotas.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows 1‑2 times per year.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent higher education.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with Outreach, Discovering, or similar SDR productivity tools.
