Technical Support Engineer II

About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer II you will respond quickly to inbound support requests via email, live chat and community forums, triage bugs, and ensure service level agreements are met. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback, while continuously building knowledge of CoreWeave’s AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound support requests across multiple channels and maintain fast response times.
• Triage and prioritize bugs and feature requests based on customer type and severity.
• Track communications to ensure SLA compliance and document trends for product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams during issue resolution and feature feedback.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, including weekends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of programming experience (engineering role, CS degree, or personal projects).
• Native Japanese speaker with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, organize requests, and improve processes proactively.
• Passion for helping users become power users of the product.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Keras, TensorBoard, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning.
• Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, Colab, matplotlib and other ML tools.
• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes (preferred).
