Tokyo TC Core Manager

About the role

Protiviti is recruiting a Tokyo TC Core Manager through its partner roberthalf. The role combines client account management, product expertise and leadership of a team, with frequent travel throughout the month.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and manage the profitability of client engagements
• Maintain primary contact with significant clients and champion product solutions
• Serve as content expert for training and Protiviti standards, and share knowledge through articles and newsletters
• Design standard templates, methodologies and tools for future projects
• Convert client problems into sales opportunities, write proposals and close deals
• Acquire new clients in your area of specialization and network in the marketplace
• Mentor team members, counsel them on performance and career, and build their leadership skills
• Keep Protiviti's strategic alignment and promote its mission, vision and values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance or Business-related); minimum GPA 3.0
• 5+ years in a related field, preferably professional services and/or industry
• CPA or CISA certification strongly preferred; Big 4 internal audit experience strongly preferred
• Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the month

Required skills

• Auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting
• GAAP and GAAS principles, internal control concepts and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Microsoft Office suite
• Leadership, mentoring, project management and client relationship skills
