职位概况
北川精机株式会社面向文科及理科毕业生，提供国内销售岗位的线上一对一随谈机会，帮助了解机械制造业及公司业务。
主要职责
- 了解客户需求，协调机械设计等部门提供符合或前瞻性的产品方案。
- 对产品进行长期跟踪，提供交付后30年以上的售后服务。
- 根据公司在广岛、东京、大阪的营业据点，开展区域销售工作。
任职要求
- 面向2028年毕业的应届生或同等学历者。
- 文科生需具备洞察力和人际沟通能力，理科生需具备逻辑思维。
- 能够接受在广岛、东京或大阪的工作地点安排。
必备技能
- 良好的客户需求分析能力。
- 基本的商务沟通与谈判技巧。
