職務概要
フジミレニアム有限会社（care design）は、福祉用具のレンタル・販売、住宅改修・リフォーム、ICT導入支援などを事業とする企業で、広島市西区古江のオフィスで営業メンバーを募集しています。個人・法人向けの福祉用具の提案業務で、平日のみ勤務、土日祝日は休みです。
主な業務内容
- 個人：シニア層向けに福祉用具を提案・導入し、日常生活のサポートを行う（新規アプローチも可能）
- 法人：介護施設などへの福祉用具提案、リフォーム提案、DX関連提案など
- ケアマネージャーなどから成約につなげる流れで、サポート体制が整っています
求める人物像
- 未経験OK（サポート体制が整っているため）
- 40歳まで（長期キャリア形成のため）
提供する待遇
- 試用期間6ヶ月（月収23万円）、試用期間後月給30〜36万円、賞与年2回
- 週5日制、8:30〜17:30、休憩60分、所定外月10時間未満
- 土日祝日休み、残業ほぼなし
- 交通費11,000円/月、マイカー通勤OK
- 厚生年金・健康保険・労災・雇用保険加入
